The house

A village inn with a careful kitchen

Marie-France and her team welcome you into a bright, wood-panelled room with a large mural on the back wall. People come for a coffee and the paper in the morning, for the dish of the day at noon, for an entrecôte or a fondue in the evening.

Everything that leaves the kitchen is made on the premises, from fresh produce chosen with the season. The menu follows the calendar rather than habit: morels in spring, game in autumn, trout depending on the catch.

Thirty seats on the ground floor, thirty more in the upstairs dining room, and twenty on the terrace once the sun returns to the cobblestones.

The façade of the Auberge du Jura: the name painted on the render, lavender shutters, geraniums at the windows and the terrace beneath its parasols. The ground-floor dining room: light wooden tables, bistro chairs and a black-and-white mural.
